please kindly note our terms and conditions below.
Reservation & Confirmation
- Bookings are accepted depending on availability.
- Tables are held for a limited time, late arrivals may result in release to other guests.
Please inform us in advance via WhatsApp or phone to re-confirm your reservation. - For parties smaller than 10 pax, a down payment is not necessary
(except for larger parties of 10 pax or more and private room booking).
Private Room, Big Reservation (10 pax>), Banquet & Events
- Reservations must be made by appointment and confirmed in advance with our Team.
Reservation details, including date, time, and event requirements,
must be finalized and agreed upon prior to the event date. - The event agreement and the guaranteed number of guests must be
finalized no later than 3 (three) days prior to the event (D-3).
Additional guests beyond the confirmed number may be accommodated subject
to availability and will incur extra charges. - To secure your event date and time a down payment of a certain amount is required.
This payment must be completed no later than 3 (three) days prior to your event (D-3). - Final payment must be completed on the day of the event.
- Final pre-ordered items are non-refundable and cannot be reduced on the event date.
Additional quantities may be added, subject to availability. - Overtime charges will apply for any use of the space beyond the agreed end time.
- By confirming your banquet reservation, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Outside Food & Drinks
- Outside food and beverages are generally not permitted.
- Exceptions may be allowed for birthday cakes, subject to prior approval.
- Wine or other alcoholic beverages brought from outside (where permitted) may be subject to a corkage fee.
- We reserve the right to decline any outside food or beverage that does not comply with our internal policies or safety standards.
Cancellation
- The down payment is non-refundable, if the reservation or event is canceled.
However, rescheduling may be accommodated, subject to availability and management approval.
